It is painted on a plain white canvas and was mounted on a wall. The mural is virtually invisible in the daytime or when the rooms lights are on! The scene is accurate and is the view is from Tunnels Beach looking towards the Bali Hai Cliffs of the North Napali coast on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai. This mural is astonishing in it's beauty and the realism that I captured using nothing but five different glowing phosphors on a white wall.

This mural is so soothing to gaze at. I painted it with five rare-earth phosphors. This beautiful 3-D scene is invisible in the light and can only be seen in the dark. The darker the room is the brighter my murals glow. The illusion last all night long and will last indefinitely. The accurate depiction of the trees in silhouette against the night sky creates a 3-D realism that is rather astonishing for a flat wall.

"Above The Treetops" Glow Canvas Mural is about 8 x 12 feet. A glow in the dark mural that is virtually invisible with the rooms lights on. The astonishing depth is due to the realistic patterns of the trees silhouetted against the luminous sky. I used a lot of deep blue phosphors in the sky to achieve a beautiful deep glow to set the trees in silhouette.
I can recreate any of my canvas glow murals on smaller stretched canvas that can be hung on a wall like a painting. The 3_D scene will mysteriously and suddenly appear in total darkness and will glow all night long.

I used a deep blue phosphor for the soft textured glow in the sky which
is filled with stars. This large mural beautifully captures the mystique and power
of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The irregular texture of the large canvas created some interesting patterns with the phosphors.

"Sierra Silhouette" Glow Mural. This mural measures just 56 inches wide and the starry scene continues up the wall and over the ceiling!
This is the first glow in the dark wall mural that I attempted as an experiment and can be seen in my home. It is small, only 56 inches wide,and some furniture is hidden in front of the mural in the dark silhouette of the mountain. When I saw how amazing the illusion was I knew that larger works would be spectacular in homes, home theaters, resorts spas and B&B's! I created this mural with four different phosphor paints.

"Monument Valley" wall mural cannot be seen in the day or with the
rooms lights on. All you see is a plain white canvas mounted on the wall! This image appears
in total darkness. The rare earth phosphors that I use absorb light
energy by day and slowly releases that light in the dark creating this
glowing image in total darkness. It glows all night long night after
night for decades!

"WAY COOL!!! That's the expression my daughters have expressed when we turned off the
lights in the spa room. They were first impressed how the room was so clean and cleared out but
when we turned off the lights....
The illusion was complete...we were all in Kauai. Giovanni actually felt
like he was home in the Caribbean!
The grandchildren thought it was more fun in the spa than in a bigger
pool. With the light on in the spa the boys felt like they were at the ocean.
The artistry of the seascape is truly a
wonder. They just couldn't get over how real the waves looked. It stirs up
memories of walks along the shore at night.
So bravo and kudos from our family. They just love the scene. Giovanni actually spent over a half an hour feeling like he was back home
again. ..dreaming."
